Sales Assistant

Job Description

- Identify and generate new business leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

- Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements.

- Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals based on client needs.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with the installation and technical team for smooth execution.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.

Requirements:



- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar/renewable energy industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Basic technical understanding of solar systems.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
