Key Tasks:
Engage and invite customers to the store.
Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance.
Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures.
Validate and accurately receive new stock.
Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
