Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to manage and grow our online furniture sales. The role involves handling inquiries, assisting customers in selecting products, converting leads into sales, and ensuring excellent customer service across multiple online platforms.

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.



Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries from website, e-commerce platforms, and social media. Convert leads into confirmed sales through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Guide customers with product details, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines. Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to close sales. Coordinate with the production & logistics team to ensure smooth order processing. Prepare daily/weekly reports of sales performance. Contribute ideas for online sales growth and customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Any graduate (degree/diploma). Freshers can apply. Excellent communication skills in

English, Malayalam, Hindi

(mandatory). Confidence in handling customer interactions via phone, chat. Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business). Interest in e-commerce and online sales.
