to support our IT Sales Team. The ideal candidate will assist in generating leads, following up with clients, preparing sales documents, and coordinating meetings for our custom software development, web solutions, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client coordination
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up emails
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms
Schedule and manage client meetings and product demos
Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, opportunities, and client details
Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely communication
Coordinate with the technical and marketing team to understand service features
Monitor the progress of leads and report on sales funnel updates
Assist in post-sale documentation and customer handover
Collect client feedback and support the team in improving sales strategies
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the pre-sales and onboarding process
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in IT sales support or assistant roles (freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of IT and digital services (basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Time management and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce
Basic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and other digital marketing terms
Malayalam and English communication fluency
Working Conditions:
Full-time role, Monday to Saturday
Office-based or hybrid (as per company policy)
