Job Title: Sales Assistant

Swayamvara Silks is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding the perfect products, provide outstanding service, and contribute to the overall sales goals of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs.

Provide detailed product information and explain features to customers.

Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized at all times.

Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales events, and store policies.

Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Assist in visual merchandising and product displays to enhance store aesthetics.

Requirements:

Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.

Basic math skills for handling transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
