Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for daily visits across Bangalore to promote welding electrode samples, get them tested at fabrication units, collect market feedback, and

connect interested customers with authorized dealers

to drive order conversion. The role is fully field-based with a strong focus on trial, feedback, and channel linkage.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

field visits across Bangalore

to small fabricators, welding workshops, and fabrication units, get samples tested. Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits to welders and shop owners. Collect

detailed technical and usage feedback

on product performance and comparison with competitor brands. Identify interested customers and

link them with nearby authorized dealers

for regular purchase and order fulfillment. Coordinate between fabricators and dealers to ensure smooth trial-to-order conversion. Support dealers by generating leads, increasing footfall, and creating demand at the fabricator level. Maintain accurate records of fabricators visited, trials conducted, dealer linkages, and conversions. Submit

daily and weekly activity and feedback reports

to the Sales Head. Collect market intelligence on competitor brands, pricing, and dealer availability.
Desired Skills and Competencies:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to coordinate effectively between fabricators and dealers. Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore. Ability to document and report field feedback in a structured manner. Self-motivated, disciplined, and execution-focused.
Qualifications:

Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (ITI / Diploma in Welding or Mechanical engineering is plus point). 0-3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or industrial consumables. Freshers with strong sales orientation will also be considered.
Work Conditions:

Completely sales

-based role with roaming

across Bangalore. Six working days per week, as per company policy.
Compensation & Benefits:

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Local travel allowance / reimbursement. Opportunity to grow into senior sales or dealer management roles based on performance

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
