Job Summary:

The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in driving business growth for electronics and engineering components. This role involves direct customer interaction, handling sales inquiries, preparing quotations, order processing, and assisting with after-sales support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and basic knowledge of electronics or engineering components (freshers encouraged to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend suitable products based on requirements Prepare and send quotations, process customer orders, and confirm delivery timelines Support the sales team with lead generation, market research, and follow-up activities Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer communications Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and accounts teams for timely order fulfillment Handle customer complaints, returns, and after-sales service issues Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with new product launches and pricing Participate in promotional activities and campaigns as needed Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory) Freshers welcome; experience in sales or customer service is an advantage Good understanding of electronics or engineering products is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales software is a plus Team-oriented with a proactive, service-minded approach
