Sales Assistant
A Sales Assistant supports the sales team in achieving sales goals, providing administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate sales transactions.
2. Sales Administration: Help with order processing, maintain sales records, and support sales reporting.
3. Communication: Coordinate with sales team, customers, and other departments for effective communication.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products/services to provide accurate information.
5. Operational Support: Assist in preparing sales materials, managing inventory displays
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (desirable)
