Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets, distributors, wholesalers, and HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across targeted regions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within company guidelines.
Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales service.
Collaborate with the marketing team for trade promotions and brand visibility.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-4 years of proven sales experience in the
food processing
,
packaged foods
, or
FMCG
sector.
Strong network of contacts in retail or HORECA segment is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
