The Jewellery Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in representing the brand. This role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces, ensuring product knowledge accuracy, and achieving sales targets while maintaining store appearance and product displays.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers warmly, offering assistance and product knowledge.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and current jewellery trends.
Explain product features, pricing, and care instructions clearly and accurately.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services professionally.
Ensure all jewellery displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment of displays.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Follow company policies regarding security, product handling, and cash management.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in jewellery retail or luxury goods sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Good numerical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
High attention to detail and appreciation for aesthetics.
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy.
