Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our jewellery store team at

Park Street Branch.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, offering expert product advice, and ensuring a memorable in-store experience. Your goal is to drive sales while upholding the brand's image and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate detailed knowledge of jewellery products (e.g., gold, diamonds, gemstones, watches, etc.) Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations Achieve personal and store sales targets Handle customer queries and resolve complaints with professionalism Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness Assist in visual merchandising and product displays Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Follow security and loss prevention procedures Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including after-sales support

Requirements:

Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Basic computer and POS system skills Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends Sales training or certification in retail/customer service

Marwari Language is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
