AABHUSHAN INDIA PVT LTD is a leading, family-owned jewellery house in Jamshedpur, renowned for our exclusive collections of silver, gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery, as well as luxury watches and gemstones. We are expanding our team at our Sakchi showroom and are looking for 3 dynamic, customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our family.

Job Summary

We are seeking polite, well-groomed, and motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast learner to build a long-term career in luxury retail, with a clear path for growth in both salary and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Active Sales: Proactively greet and engage with all customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through our product range to close sales. Customer Service: Provide an exceptional and polite in-store experience. Stock & Display Management: Take full responsibility for your assigned counter, including daily stock-taking, ensuring items are displayed attractively, and maintaining cleanliness. Customer Follow-up: Maintain relationships with customers and conduct follow-ups regarding new arrivals, special orders, or promotions on a case-by-case basis. Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store-wide sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

(Must-Haves)

Excellent Communication: Must be polite, well-spoken, and able to talk to customers confidently and professionally. Personal Aptitude: A professional and well-groomed appearance is mandatory. Attitude: A fast learner with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn about our products. Language: Fluency in Hindi is essential. Additional languages are plus. Experience: Prior retail sales experience is a plus, but freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.

What We Offer

Work Schedule

Job Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Work Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational weekly day off). The store is open 7 days. Breaks: 1-hour lunch break will be provided.
