As a Sales Assistant, you will support Facil India's sales team with administrative and system-related tasks, including SAP data management, coordination with suppliers and internal teams, invoice follow-up, and preparing certification documents.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team with daily operational tasks, including administration, documentation, and SAP activities Maintain and update SAP data (part numbers, pricing, and master data) Coordinate shipments and manage follow-ups with suppliers Prepare reports, documentation, and certification files Handle customer inquiries and assist with the quotation process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Engineering graduate) First experience (minimum 1 year) in administration, sales support or purchasing Strong communication skills in English Meticulous, accurate and very strong administrative skills Friendly, communicative and customer-focused Team player Good organizational skills Stress-resistant and flexible mindset Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
