Job Overview
We are hiring a
Sales Agent
to handle student enrollments and parent interactions. The role involves working in
rotational shifts with rotational weekly off
, focusing on lead conversion and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students and parents via calls, messages, and follow-ups.
Explain SkillSnap's courses, curriculum, and learning benefits clearly.
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records in CRM systems.
Work as per assigned rotational shifts and weekly off schedules.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
Handle parent queries professionally and build long-term trust.
Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in sales, telesales, or Ed-Tech sales is an advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts with rotational off.
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel is a plus.
