Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily sales operations, assist customers, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills and basic product knowledge--especially in fabrics--are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the store. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Provide detailed information on fabric types, quality, and usage. Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized. Handle inquiries professionally in fluent English. Prepare sales reports, maintain records, and support administrative tasks using MS Office. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage billing, invoicing, and basic documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment materials (training can be provided). Customer service mindset and a positive attitude. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in sales or retail (preferred but not mandatory).
