BotFit is a family entertainment and activity center located in Gurugram. We conduct birthday parties, school picnics, corporate events, and walk-in family activities across multiple zones such as cricket, arcade games, activity arena, cafe lounge, and more.
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, convert walk-ins, manage bookings, and drive school and corporate tie-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in customers and convert them into bookings
Manage inbound calls, WhatsApp leads, and follow-ups
Pitch birthday packages, school trips, and corporate events
Maintain CRM, lead sheet, and daily sales reports
Coordinate with operations and event teams
Conduct outreach to schools, societies, and corporates when required
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (hospitality/events preferred)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off assigned)
Ability to handle parents, kids, and fast-paced customer environments
Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
