o? ?To be in constant touch with the clients via calls / emails / Whatsapp messages after getting the sales / leads data from the sales head.
o? ?Handling those leads, following up the enquiries and ultimately closing the sale. Proper assistance will be provided by the office manager to you during the process of order booking.
o? ?Handling calls, emails and messages, answering customer queries, etc.
o? ?Follow up of the pending orders and gathering feedback from the new customer.

o? ?Good written & verbal communication skills.
o? ?Should know how to operate and work on a laptop.
