Actively promote and sell a range of travel products, including flights, hotel stays, tour packages, cruises, and travel insurance,
to meet and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
Client Consultation and Customization:
Meet with or communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, budget, and purpose, and then recommend, craft, and book tailored itineraries and packages.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals, and prospect for new business leads (e.g., corporate accounts, travel agents, or direct consumers).
Documentation and Administration:
Handle all booking procedures, process payments, prepare sales proposals and quotations, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay consistently updated on the latest travel trends, new destinations, industry regulations, competitor activities, and supplier promotions to provide informed advice to clients.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution:
Provide excellent pre- and post-sale customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving booking conflicts, and managing complaints professionally to ensure a seamless and positive travel experience.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Crucial for building client rapport, delivering compelling presentations, and effective negotiation.
