We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and online leads.
Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities.
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing property details and financial options.
Schedule and conduct property site visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for clients.
Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Maintain a strong relationship with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
:
1-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
A valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
