Attend walk-in customers and understand their jewellery requirements
Explain jewellery designs, quality, pricing, and offers clearly
Assist customers in selection and billing process
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
Build good customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Handle basic documentation and sales records
Skills Required:
Presentable and well-groomed
Good speaking and convincing skills
Honest, responsible, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of jewellery (preferred, not mandatory)
