We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage our lead generation and sales support operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing B2B portals like IndiaMart, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring timely follow-ups with potential clients to drive conversions. ?Key Responsibilities: ₹IndiaMart Portal Management: Actively monitor the IndiaMart dashboard, respond to incoming inquiries instantly, and filter high-quality leads for the sales team. ?Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and digital platforms. ?CRM & Database Management: Accurately enter and update all lead information, interaction history, and deal status in the CRM software. ?Customer Follow-up: Execute rigorous follow-up schedules via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales. ?Sales Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports tracking lead count, source of inquiry, follow-up status, and conversion rates using MS Excel. ?Quotation Support: Coordinate with the technical/production team to prepare and send professional quotations to customers.
