The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, achieving monthly targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves handling walk-in customers, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery of vehicles while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Present and explain product features, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Conduct test drives by coordinating with customers.
Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Coordinate with the documentation team for loan, registration, and delivery processes.
Maintain daily customer records, follow-up sheets, and sales reports.
Ensure showroom display vehicles are clean and presentation-ready.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Assist in promotional events, campaigns, and outdoor activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum HSC / Graduate.
Experience in two-wheeler or four-wheeler automobile sales preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and handle customer pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone usage.
Pleasant personality, confidence, and customer-oriented behavior.
