About the Role



We are looking for a smart, friendly, and proactive Sales assistant who will act as the primary contact point for our buyers.

Your job is to answer customer queries, share new designs, maintain relationships, coordinate orders, and keep customers updated at every step.

You will represent our brand to wholesalers, retailers, resellers, and online buyers--ensuring smooth and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Communication & Support



Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media. Understand customer requirements and guide them about fabrics, designs, pricing, MOQ, lead times, etc. Maintain a friendly and professional communication tone at all times.

2. Design Sharing & Product Promotion



Share new designs, collections, and catalogues with customers regularly. Notify customers about fresh arrivals, offers, dispatch schedules, and upcoming launches. Help customers choose designs suitable for their target market.

3. Sales Coordination



Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through proactive follow-up. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order updates. Ensure customers receive timely order status details (fabric ready, stitching, finishing, dispatch, tracking).

4. Relationship Management



Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B buyers. Understand customer buying patterns and recommend suitable designs. Keep track of key customers and maintain timely touch-points to increase repeat orders.

5. Data & Reporting



Maintain proper records of customer conversations, orders, and requirements. Update daily sales activity, order status, and customer updates in Google Sheets/CRM. Share daily/weekly reports with management.

Skills & Qualities We Expect



Strong communication skills (Hindi/English) Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. Basic understanding of women's ethnic wear, fabrics, and garment terminology. Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations smoothly. Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sachin, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
