Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing pharma B2B sales team.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and key account management.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales
, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels and key industry stakeholders.
Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
