We are looking for a smart and well-spoken individual to manage guest inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. The role involves handling calls, emails, and social media messages from guests interested in staying at our resort. You'll play a key part in ensuring every inquiry is handled politely, promptly, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to all guest inquiries received via
phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
.
Share room options, rates, and availability details clearly and confidently.
Maintain daily inquiry and booking records in Google Sheets or Excel.
Follow up with interested guests to close bookings.
Coordinate with the resort operations team for guest check-ins and special requests.
Represent the brand with a
courteous tone and professional communication
at all times.
Required Skills
Languages:
Gujarati and Hindi (fluent), able to understand and reply in basic English.
Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
Familiar with using
WhatsApp Web, Instagram, Gmail, and Google Sheets
.
Positive attitude, patience, and polite personality.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate or diploma holder (any stream).
Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service will be an advantage.
Work Schedule
Full-time position (day shift)
Weekly off: one day between Monday-Thursday
