Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive

to promote and sell our

accounting and financial management software

solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by understanding customer needs and presenting the right software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities for the company's accounting software through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software modules or packages. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement and support lead generation campaigns. Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Proven experience in

B2B software sales

, preferably in

accounting, ERP, or fintech products

. Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, or related field

. 1-4 years of experience in software or SaaS sales (experience in accounting or ERP software preferred). Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and subscription sales models is a plus.
