Convert inquiries into qualified leads and drive them through the sales funnel.
Product Demonstration & Consultation
Understand customer requirements (application, material, print size, accuracy) and recommend the right 3D printer or resin/filament model.
Conduct live product demos, online walkthroughs, or showroom sessions showcasing 3D PROTOFARM's machines and prints.
Explain technical specs in simple, confident language to help customers make decisions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for printers, materials, and accessories.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and comparisons to close deals.
Upsell and cross-sell filaments, resins, and after-sales support plans.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure proper follow-up after installation or product delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle queries, warranty support coordination, and service scheduling.
Market Research & Reporting
Stay updated on the latest 3D printing technologies, competitors' pricing, and product trends.
Provide feedback from customers to the technical and marketing teams.
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and report weekly sales progress.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with the marketing and design team for campaigns, exhibitions, and lead generation activities.
Coordinate with the technical department for machine testing, delivery, and post-sale support.
