Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
who will act as a generalist across all
offline B2B channels
. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is enthusiastic about FMCG sales, relationship-building, and fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients across HoReCa, corporate, institutional, and wholesale segments.
Support distributor & retail network development in assigned territory.
Conduct product presentations, sampling, and build relationships with decision-makers.
Assist in negotiations, pricing, and order closures under senior guidance.
Ensure smooth order execution, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
Collect market insights (competitor activity, pricing, trends) and share actionable feedback.
Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotions, events, and activations.
Maintain records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing preferred).
Experience:
0-1 year (freshers with strong communication skills encouraged to apply).
Skills:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and relationship-building ability.
Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Other:
Willingness to travel, interact with clients directly, and handle fieldwork.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
