About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Assistant

to join our growing team in Surat. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing an excellent customer experience, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in-store, understand their needs, and offer product recommendations. Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized. Handle billing, POS system operations, and basic documentation. Coordinate with the inventory team for stock updates and availability. Provide after-sales service and build positive customer relationships. Assist the sales team in reaching monthly targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English. Friendly, enthusiastic, and a team player. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, POS systems). Previous experience in retail or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
