Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, providing assistance in locating items, answering questions about products and services, and offering recommendations based on customer needs.

Sales & Transactions:

Processing payments, handling returns and exchanges, and potentially offering advice on promotions or special offers.

Store Operations:

Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, creating attractive displays, and potentially assisting with unpacking and organizing new deliveries.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Inventory Management:

Assisting with inventory tracking, monitoring stock levels, and potentially placing orders for new merchandise.

Teamwork:

Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.

Product Knowledge:

Staying informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Communication skills:

Good verbal communication and active listening skills are essential for interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
