Attend incoming (hot) client calls and note down key details accurately.
Enter lead and client information into internal tracking sheets or CRM.
Support the sales team by sharing timely updates and assisting with follow-ups.
Coordinate with the team to ensure proper documentation and status tracking.
Perform basic administrative tasks to support the sales workflow.
Maintain polite and professional communication with clients during initial interactions.
Share collected information with the concerned team members for further action.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (or pursuing final year).
0-1 year of experience (freshers welcome).
Good communication skills in English and regional language.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email).
Willingness to learn and assist in a team environment.
Positive attitude and ability to handle client calls confidently.
