Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

field visits

to meet prospective clients, present products/services, and close sales.

Generate leads

through cold calling, referrals, online research, and networking. Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via

CRM tools

. Lead and support a small team of inside sales executives to achieve targets. Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure daily/weekly KPIs are met. Collaborate with the inside sales team to convert leads into opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales pitches, product presentations, and proposals. Negotiate terms of agreements and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets. Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Maintain strong post-sale client relationships for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?350,000.00 per year
