Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support sales associates on the shop floor
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle high-value sales
Assist customers with jewellery selection, product knowledge, and after-sales care
Ensure displays, showcases, and counters are clean, secure, and visually appealing
Monitor stock levels, oversee stock handling, and prevent loss or damage
Open and close the store, following security and cash-handling procedures
Handle customer concerns, returns, and repairs professionally
Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet sales goals
Ensure compliance with store policies, health & safety, and security standards
Skills & Qualities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and sales ability
Trustworthy and detail-oriented (important for high-value items)
Good product knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and watches
Confident handling cash, POS systems, and inventory
Calm under pressure and professional at all times
Experience & Qualifications
Previous retail or jewellery sales experience
Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
Knowledge of jewellery brands, materials, and care is an advantage
Working Environment

Requires standing for long periods
May involve weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
