Job Description

Attend to walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism o Explain product features and guide customers through the collection o Handle sales transactions and maintain records o Provide excellent post-sale service and follow-up
Assist in planning and setting up exhibitions and pop-ups o Manage stall presentation and inventory during events o Engage with visitors and help generate sales leads

Upload products and content on the website and marketplaces o Update pricing, descriptions, and availability o Coordinate with developers/designers for website updates o Manage basic Canva/Photoshop edits if required o Assist with social media scheduling and basic replies
Good communication in English o Comfortable using computers, emails, and Excel/Google Sheets o Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) o Friendly personality with a customer-first mindset o Ability to multitask and be resourceful

Prior experience in retail, exhibitions, or home decor o Basic design or editing software knowledge (bonus)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
