We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and client coordination.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, and walk-ins
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their interior requirements
Assist the Sales Manager in lead follow-ups and client coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic documentation
Schedule site visits and client meetings
Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and client records
Coordinate between clients, designers, and the internal team
Ensure timely follow-ups until deal closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
Female candidates preferred
Excellent spoken English is mandatory
Additional languages (Tamil / Kannada / Hindi) are an advantage
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in sales and interiors.
