Job Title:

Sales Assistant - Jewellery Showroom

Job Summary:

As a Sales Assistant in a jewellery showroom, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery, and maintaining the showroom's appearance. You'll play a key role in ensuring sales targets are met and that every customer has a memorable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in choosing jewellery pieces according to their preferences and budget. Demonstrate product features, quality, and craftsmanship effectively. Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewellery collections, materials (gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, etc.), and pricing. Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, digital payments). Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service politely and efficiently. Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Support promotional campaigns, events, and festive sales.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass; Diploma or Degree in Retail/Marketing or Jewellery Design is an advantage.

Experience:

0-3 years of experience in retail or jewellery sales preferred.
