our company is a training company which conducts motivational training programs for colleges and schools.candidates from ernakulam districts are recommended for this post only because we are not giving any kind of accomodation expense, food expense, travelling expense we are looking for a staff to visit colleges and schools to conduct paid training programs.staff should be from kerala and should work inside ernakulam district initially.once it is completed staff can start marketing in trissur and alapuzha districts. There are important points to be noted.staff will have a salary of Rs.30000 which is including travelling expense, which means we wont give any extra amount to staff for travelling or food expenses.staff will have a weekly income target of Rs.10000, monthly Rs.40000.above 40000 income staff will get 10% incentive.means, for example if staff has generated a total income of 1 lakh in a month staff will get a total income of Rupees 36000 that month.our office is in chowara near aluva, but staff doesnt need to visit office. staff should visit minimum 2 educational institutions every day and should submit report daily. interested candidates first submit photo attached cv then please wait for our call back. Application Question(s):

• staff will have a income target of Rupees 40000 in a month

if not achieved the target, what ever income staff generated that month,
staff will get 50% of it.for example if staff has generated only 30000 income in a month
then staff will get only 15000 salary that month.if achieved 40000 income then staff will
get full salary.staff can sell our training and also can sell our mediclaim products in
star health and tata for which we will give extra training.total income from these 2 products will be calculated.but please note we are getting only 10 percentage income from mediclaim insurance.for example if you have sold a mediclaim policy worth rupees 20000 company will get only rupees 2000.so what ever income we are getting in our hand only will be considered if selling mediclaim. Education:
