We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, and helping them choose suitable products. The candidate should be confident in customer handling and willing to work in a target-driven retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide product information in a friendly manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products
Maintain store cleanliness and proper product display
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Handle billing and basic cash counter activities
Support stock receiving, tagging, and arrangement
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th / Any degree
Experience in retail sales is preferred (freshers can apply)
Good communication skills
