Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling client accounts, addressing customer queries, supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a professional way. Manage daily customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer queries through in-person. Assist customers in understanding products and services, providing accurate information. Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable styling products. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and issue resolution. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready store environment. Build and retain strong relationships with repeat customers.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales or customer service (Preferred). Hotel Management field (Preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Basic computer skills for managing customer data and sales records.
