enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers
to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start their career in
sales, business development, and client handling
in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and explain company services/products
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (BBA, BCom, MBA students preferred)
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
Confidence, negotiation, and convincing skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM - training provided)
