Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for key customers
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions
Ensure timely order processing, execution, and delivery coordination
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets from key accounts
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales reports
Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, finance, service)
Track market trends and competitor activities within key accounts
