We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services. The ideal candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Results-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, or equivalent)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on industry)
Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Industry-specific sales experience
