Sales Executive
who can drive conversions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages for sales inquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining services, offers, and pricing.
Proactively reach out to potential customers and pitch services.
Upsell/cross-sell travel packages, add-ons, and offers to maximize revenue.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales/tele-sales/business development
(hospitality/travel/BPO preferred).
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and closing ability.
Ability to work in a
target-driven environment
.
Comfortable with phone-based and online sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
