Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic

Sales Executive

with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving sales efforts, building customer relationships, and supporting the achievement of business targets. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their career in sales and develop valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:


Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.

Client Interaction:


Communicate with clients to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

Sales Presentations:


Assist in preparing and delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Follow-up & Closing:


Support the sales process by following up with prospects, handling objections, and assisting in closing deals.

Maintain CRM Records:


Update customer interactions, sales activities, and lead status in the CRM system accurately and timely.

Collaborate with Internal Teams:


Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and follow through on leads.

Achieve Sales Targets:


Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience in sales (B2B/B2C), preferably in [industry - e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, real estate, etc.]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office. Good organizational and time management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
