Responsibilities
Assist in client communication via email, WhatsApp, and calls
Support CRM activities: updating databases, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups
Help manage and maintain the sales funnel sheet with accuracy
Coordinate with clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales
Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance trackers
