Freelance job, billing every month prorate of time spent 100% remote Part-time to full time, depending on the period and activity own equipment required

Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications and other relevant sales software. Basic understanding of B2B TV Sales and New Platform Sales processes is a plus. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude

Job to be done :



Assist the sales Director:

Collaborate with the sales Director in day- to-day sales operations.

CRM Maintenance:

Maintain and update CRM regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness of sales data and customer information.

Prospecting and Follow-Up:

Engage actively in proactive prospecting activities to identify potential leads. Follow up with leads consistently, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel until they qualify as viable opportunities.

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to the B2B TV Sales and New Platform Sales teams. Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.

Client Communications:

Act as a liaison between clients and the sales teams, ensuring effective communication.Respond to client inquiries, provide information, and address any concerns promptly.

Sales Coordination

: Assist in the coordination of sales activities, including the preparation of sales materials and presentations.Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales-related databases.Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and generating reports as needed.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Compile data and prepare reports to support sales strategies.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and client meetings.Ensure all logistics are in place for successful event execution
