Sales Assistant

to support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product inquiries and guide them through the sales process. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software. Create and manage sales reports, inventory updates, and order tracking in Excel. Follow up with leads, process orders, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams as needed. Manage email and phone communication professionally and promptly. Help with in-store displays or promotional events (if applicable). Provide after-sales support and handle minor customer complaints with a positive attitude.
