Rana Infracon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, promoting our real estate projects, and converting leads into sales. This role is crucial in helping our clients find their dream homes and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate projects.
Qualify leads and identify client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
Provide detailed information about available properties, including pricing, location, and features.
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure high conversion rates.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the real estate market, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
