Make outbound calls to prospective students or candidates, provide information about courses or job opportunities, and follow up on leads.
Handle inbound calls and walk-in inquiries, offering accurate and timely assistance.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding processes and help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and maintain daily reports, enquiry logs, call records, and attendance sheets.
Greet and assist visitors at the front desk and manage front office tasks professionally.
Help organize internal meetings, interviews, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain and organize office files (both digital and physical), supplies, and inventory.
Provide general administrative and HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
