Job Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Damro Furniture showroom in Raipur (Pandri). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Approach, engage, and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions from our wide range of products.
Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Damro's product range, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain customization options, warranties, and after-sales services.
Showroom Management:
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange and display products as per company guidelines.
Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Participate in daily meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the store manager.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Minimum graduation preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, home decor, or consumer durables. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi and English.
Customer-oriented with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Personal Attributes:
Presentable, confident, and proactive.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Passionate about sales and customer satisfaction.
